Professor Sola Fajana
Sola Fajana, B.Sc. (Ife), M.Sc. (Lagos), Ph.D. (Lagos) is Professor of Employment Relations and Human Resource Management at the University of Lagos. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (FCIPM), Fellow of the Academy of Management Nigeria (FAMN), Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management (FNIM), and Fellow, Institute of Entrepreneurs (FIoE). He is a Council Member of the Nigerian Labour and Employment Relations Association.
He was television producer and anchor of a human resource management discussion programme on NTA Channel 10, from 2006 to 2007. He was Secretary of the Academic Staff Union of Universities, UNILAG Branch from 1996 to 2001; during which period he was actively engaged in the analysis of the state of the Nigerian nation. He is keenly and prominently engaged in community service globally in the public and private sectors.
He has served as external examiner to several Universities in Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, and was on international accreditation visits to many of these countries. He is involved in the assessment of professorial candidates as well as the screening of candidates for vice-chancellorship in the Nigerian university system. He served on the visitation panels to the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology in 2016 and the Ondo State University of Science and Technology in 2017. He has also visited the United States, United Kingdom, Italy, Switzerland, Turkey, Denmark, Togo, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Ghana and Rwanda on several academic and professional conferences. He is a consultant to the United Nations on labour and social matters.
Professor Sola Fajana is on the Governing Board of Landmark College, Ikorodu, and Thames Valley College, Shagamu. He was VC Designate, proposed Zion University, Akure, (2006-2011). He did a seven-year vice-chancellorship at Joseph Ayo Babalola University, Ikeji-Arakeji, Osun State, Nigeria (2011-2018). He brought great visibility to the institution which today is ranked by the National Universities Commission (NUC) as the number three among all the private universities in Nigeria. He is currently the Pro Chancellor Designate of the Proposed Vision University at Ikogbo, Igbesa.

Barrister Rotimi Odusola
Rotimi qualified as a legal practitioner called to the Nigerian Bar in December 1993. He started his career first with the prestigious law firm of Aluko & Oyebode where he worked till February 2003 and left as a Senior Associate. He joined the Legal Department of MTN Nigeria Communications Limited contributing to the development and strengthening of the legal function of the company and rising to the position of Senior Manager, Commercial Legal and Deputy Head of the Legal Department.
Rotimi is an experienced business leader with vast corporate commercial legal experience in areas including company secretarial, corporate governance, aviation, intellectual property, banking, telecommunications, oil & gas, matrimonial causes and inheritance. He also has extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution, having conducted proceedings before all Superior Courts in Nigeria. As an in-house solicitor, his experience spans the telecoms, oil& gas, information & technology and FMCG sectors.
Rotimi graduated from the Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye (1992) and the Nigeria Law School, (1993). He also holds an MBA (Honours) from the University of Leicester, UK (2014). He is a sports enthusiast and has served as the 2nd Vice-Chairman of the Lagos State Scrabble Sports Association (2013) and as a member of the Ad-Hoc Committee on the establishment of a Lagos Football Super League (2012).
He is married and blessed with three lovely kids.
Seyi Adeyemi is the CEO of A.A. Weavers Consult Nigeria Ltd, a training and consulting firm. He graduated from University of Ibadan (Nigeria’s Premier University) with a B.A. Honours degree in English in 1985 and completed the MBA- Marketing Executive Program at Delta State University, Nigeria in 1999. He began his working career in 1986 with Morison Industries PLC, a manufacturing company in the health care and hygiene product sub-sector. He worked variously as Operation Manager (Imports and Banking Services), Business Manager (Marketing & Promotional support) and Personnel & Administration Manager.
He later joined Citibank Nigeria, a subsidiary of Citigroup, the World’s foremost global bank in 1993 holding various responsibilities as Relationship Manager covering Consumer and Commercial banking, Institutional banking, branch banking, Private banking, Product development and sales.
He has extensive international training and exposure having attended various training programs across the globe in Product development, Sales & Marketing, Foreign exchange, Credit & Risk Management, Customer Care and Services, effective negotiation skills and Leadership. He has conducted extensive trainings for multinationals, top tier Local Corporates and government institutions. He consults for companies and financial institutions in the area of trade services and facilitates training in Trade products and various management development courses.
He had over 20 years banking experience with Citibank and was Director and Head of Trade Products in Citibank Nigeria Ltd. He is a member of the Nigerian- British Chamber of Commerce (NBCC) and the chairman of the Learning, Education & Training Committee of NBCC. He is also a member of the Trade, Investment & Competitiveness Policy Commission of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG)
Mrs. Olubusola A. Ladipo
Mrs. Olubusola A. Ladipo is a trained educationist and a mental health practitioner. She obtained her first degree at the University of Ibadan in 1982. She is one of the founding members of staff of Command day secondary school, Ikeja where she worked for several years. As a Biology teacher she coordinated WAEC exams and took part in the marking of Biology WAEC exam scripts. She was also the Head of the Science Department as well as Coordinating Officer of the school’s WAEC examinations.
In 1989, she proceeded to the University of Lagos where she gained a Masters degree in Guidance and Counseling. She is passionate about education and believes it is the bedrock of life and the society. In a further quest for knowledge, she proceeded to the University of Manchester , England in 1998 where she studied and obtained a professional studies Diploma in Mental Health Nursing in 2001. Her educational background as a teacher and a guidance counsellor was an added advantage in this achievement. She also volunteered as a teacher of English for speakers of other languages(ESOL) in England. Helping others to settle into an unfamiliar system in a foreign land.
She has since worked in various challenging settings in the mental health sector which includes the psychiatric intensive care unit, care of the elderly, adolescents, adults as well as community care. She also mentored and facilitated student nurses on clinical placement. In 2009, she worked as a consultant to the Lagos state Government on the “Eko Project” – a project of the Lagos state government in collaboration with the World Bank to improve the teaching, learning and performance of students in Lagos state secondary schools in English, Mathematics and the Science subjects. As a consultant, she was involved in training Lagos state principals on how best to utilise funds for the success of the “Eko Project”.
Mrs. Ladipo is involved in various organizations promoting education, mental wellness and awareness. She is an advocate of people talking openly about mental illness; thereby removing associated stigma, promoting treatment for suffers as well as their carers.
In her spare time, she loves to play golf, read, swim and travel.
